Garage Gym Chronicles: 03/06/2025 Training Log. PPL 30 Day 5. Push

Ex 1: flat dumbbell bench press-10,9,12

Ex 2: dumbbell lateral raise-15,10,10

Ex 3: single arm cable pushdowns-12/12, 10/10, 7/7

Total Time = 25 minutes.

Later than usual workout.

No kettlebell swings today because my posterior chain is sore as sin. Muscle soreness, which is a fine thing. But I decided to give it a rest. Legs are on deck, after all.

I took like 5-6 minutes of unintentional rest between the 2nd and 3rd sets of flat dumbbell bench presses (phone call came in from my parents), hence my best performing set was my final set.

No videos today in the garage.

Work hard, focus on each set, stimulate (no need to annihilate) the muscles, and get on with your life.

It was a very efficient Push session today despite the late hour. 'Tis the power of brief sessions focused around essentials.

Bench press for chest.

Military presses or lateral raises for delts.

Tricep extensions of some variety for triceps.

Have a great day.
