Garage Gym Chronicles: Back in the 30 Minute Physique Head Quarters

Garage Gym Chronicles: 12/28/2024 Training Log

26 minute full body session.

Getting back into the swing (pun intended) of things after 8 days of no weights and traveling.

I did manage to do 100 pushups and 100 squats or lunges most days. But, the stimulus of bodyweight only exercise versus resistance + bodyweight exercise is different.

Warmup: calf raises-1x15/15; weighted dead bugs-1x12/12

Ex 1: single arm kettlebell clean & press-2x5/5

Ex 2: pullups-7,6

Ex 3: 2 kettlebell front squats-2x5

Ex 4: incline dumbbell curls-10,7

Ex 5: 1 hand kettlebell swings-2x12/12

Total Time = 26:30

It's good to be back home lifting and swinging things. And it felt good to do some pullups again.
