Ex 1: pullups-8,8,7
Ex 2: single arm dumbbell rows-2x12/12
Ex 3: incline dumbbell curls-10,9
Ex 4: incline hammer curls-8,7
Total time = 40 minutes
Nice night lift in the garage.
Followed this up by cooking some steak (filet mignon) and eggs, eaten with 4 slices of sourdough toast.
Still starving, so off to have some pre-Thanksgiving dessert. Gotta practice for tomorrow.
