Gorilla Rows

Gorilla Rows are a fun row variation. If you've got access to a couple pairs of moderate-heavy kettlebells, give them a shot (adhering to the key points I share in the video) and let me know what you think.

*As an anecdote: I prefer single arm rows, but sometimes I need a little spice in my life and gorilla rows offer a unique, fun alternative. Or, in yesterday's case, I simply was too lazy to drag out my 32 and 40 kilogram bells, so I did gorilla rows with my pair of 28s.

As always, Godspeed 🫡
