Minimum Equipment + a 'Can-Do' Attitude = Gains

Some of my best training sessions occurred while I was out of town or on vacation, but had the brilliant (my standards for what's brilliant are low) foresight to bring a couple of kettlebells along with me. With just a couple balls of iron, my own bodyweight, and a 'can-do' attitude, I had some truly terrific sessions outside at beaches, lakeside, grassy areas, or even little air BnB balconies.

These experiences helped me realize a couple important discoveries:

1. You don't need a lot of equipment to get great results. You can do A LOT of different exercises with minimal equipment. Getting results comes down to effort/intensity, consistency, & progressive overload.

2. The kettlebell truly is a Swiss army knife of fitness equipment. It's probably not the best for any 1 task, but it's quite effective at accomplishing just about any fitness task.
