The Best Predictor for your Future Health?

I'm an email subscriber to a guy who calls himself, "Guru Anaerobic." He's a 60-something year old fella that writes about health, performance, and longevity. It's cool stuff.
Anyway, the other day he explained an idea that I share, but could never communicate so eloquently.
"The best predictor of your future health is your current health." -Guru Anaerobic
Think about that.
Remember it.
Be proactive about your health.
Stop waiting to prioritize your health. It sets the stage for everything else in your life, both now and in the future.
Go on walks.
Resistance train (bodyweight, weights, odd objects, anything) at least 2 days per week.
Sleep 7+ hours per night (speaking to myself here).
Eat healthy (like an adult).
Take your creatine.
Do more of what makes you happy and less of what makes you stressed.
Stay consistent.
