Simple Fitness Approach: Minimal Equipment + effort = Results

People are always surprised by how much muscle, strength, and general health you can build with:

A few kettlebells

A pullup bar

A resistance band set

With those 3 items, I can find multiple exercises for every movement pattern and train each muscle group progressively without having to leave the house.

More equipment can be great. But it can also be a distraction.

Don't wait until you have a fully stocked gym or the time and money to go to a fully stocked gym.

Invest in some simple, fairly inexpensive equipment.

Select some exercises that cover these bases:

Horizontal push

Horizontal pull

Vertical push

Vertical pull

Squat

Hinge

Lunge

Bicep isolation

Triceps

Everything beyond this is a bonus. But, I can still do leg curl variations, lateral raises, upright rows, endless ab exercise variations.

From here, simply focus on doing more reps, more weight, more sets, or a more challenging exercise variation over time.
