Time Efficient Training Shouldn't Equal Minimalist Exercise Selection

There is no 1 exercise that hits ALL major muscle groups, effectively, for strength and muscle gains.

Stop trying to eliminate all exercises and learn how to incorporate multiple exercises (like, 10-16) into a sustainable program that will get you results without unnecessary drama.

Programs that are built around 1-2 exercises will fail you and you'll be disappointed. Skip that phase, please.

You can use multiple exercises and still have high quality, brief (20-30 minute) training sessions if you're smart about it.

I can help, if needed.
