Want to Join my Next Cohort? (Free Personal Training Opportunity)

Quick Announcement!

I’m rolling out a FREE 6 week program on my training app (aptly called, "Benen's Gym").

Due to the fact that I’m charged by the app based on the number of clients I have using the app, slots will be limited to 10 people (I’ve already got a troop of paid clients using the app). You’ll get all the perks of training with me (messaging, tracking, support), just without the cost.

The plan is 3 sessions per week and just 15 minutes per session. I usually promote and recommend 30 minute lifting sessions, but the purpose of this, “challenge,” if you will, is to help you build the habit of training while also learning how to be maximally time efficient.

I’ve written a lot about how 15 minutes is all you need for great, gainful lifting sessions (it’s how I trained for the majority of the last 2 months as I sold 2 houses, bought a house, and moved across the country), and my hope with this (again, FREE) 6 week cohort is to show 10 of you just how powerful 15 minute sessions can be.

This is directed towards people who feel lost in their fitness journey, are unsure of what/how they should be training in the time they have to train, and/or those of you that struggle with consistency. Training time, commuting, low energy, complicated workout routines all create increased friction which makes progress difficult to achieve. This plan should alleviate those problems.

The workouts can be completed at home or in a gym setting, depending on your equipment situation.

On that note, the equipment required is pretty basic:

1. A couple dumbbells and/or kettlebells (either can be used).

2. Pullup bar or rings (or sturdy tree branch, beam, etc).

3. Resistance bands (especially if you can’t do pullups. If you cannot do pullups AND don’t have resistance bands, but have rings or a pull-up bar, let me know and I’ll have you do eccentric – aka negative –pullups. If unsure, just reach out and we can figure it out).

Alright, that’s all. If you’re interested, respond directly to this email or you can leave a reply to this post. I’ll be sharing this on my personal website/blog and other email list, as well, so slots may fill up quickly. I’d like to start the program next Monday.

Thanks for reading.
