09/23/2024 Training Log. Lift & Swing Week 2, Day 1. Pull
Post-traveling fatigue was present, but I did just 2 sets per exercise, followed each exercise with a set of 10 swings with the 40kg (88lb) kettlebell, punched the clock and got training done between clients.
It's good to be back home.
Ex 1: pullups-8,6
Kettlebell swings-1x10
Ex 2: single arm kettlebell row-8/8, 10/10
Kettlebell swings-1x10
Ex 3: incline dumbbell curls-10,10
Kettlebell swings-1x10
Ex 4: seated kettlebell shrugs-15,15
Kettlebell swings-1x10
Total Time = 25 minutes.
