Lift & Swing, Push session
I'm still a bit fatigued from my travels, so I made it a quick one. Punch the clock workouts are better than no workouts.
Ex 1: single arm kettlebell military press-2x5/5
2 hand kettlebell swing-1x10
Ex 2: incline dumbbell bench press-2x12
2 hand kettlebell swing-1x10
Ex 3: single arm cable pushdowns-20/20, 12/12
2 hand kettlebell swing-1x10
Total time = 20 minutes
