Warmup: hang from pullup bar; single Indian club swings (external)
Ex 1: incline DB bench press-12,10
Ex 2: single arm kettlebell row-3x12/12
Ex 3: cable lateral raise-15/15, 12/12
Ex 4: standing DB curls-12,8
Ex 5: cable overhead extensions-15,10+2 cheat reps
Total Time = 32:30
