Warm up: leg raises x 15
Ex 1: single arm kettlebell military press-5/5, 7/7, 6/6
Ex 2: incline dumbbell bench press-10,7,6
Ex 3: overhead cable extensions-15,11,8
Ex 4: hand-to-hand kettlebell swings-2x10/10
Total time = 32 minutes
It's been a lovely weekend. I had a great 45 minute walk, through some neighborhoods and down to the river, before lifting, I got some reading done from various books, ("Fat Loss Happens on Monday;" "Notes from the Underground;" "The Naming of the Dead").
I've spent a ton of time outside this weekend – which is always a good sign.
Of course, it's been smattered with work, house work, a little spring cleaning, etc. All productive stuff.
Time to chill and get some more reading done + family time the rest of the day.
