Garage Gym Chronicles: 11/02/2024 Training Log: Arms

To see all my content, workouts, tips, programs, random rants, ebooks, and my personal fitness journey, check out my blog: https://www.30minutephysique.com/

I share everything there first, whereas it usually takes longer to post my content across other platforms. It's also just the easiest place for me to share information since I created the website to my liking.

Here's the workout:

Ex 1: cable pushdown-3x10-20

Ex 2: incline DB curls-3x6-12

Ex 3: DB skull crushers-3x10-20

Ex 4: standing DB curls-3x6-12

Total time was just 29 minutes.

Sick arm pump was acquired, but apparently not enough to tear the sleeves on my sweatshirt. What a bummer. Maybe next time...
