Garage Gym Chronicles: 11/26/2024 Training Log. Leg Session
Ex 1: Bulgarian split squats-10/10, 10/10
Ex 2: single leg RDL-12/12, 12/12
Ex 3: single arm kettlebell front squats-10/10, 10/10
Ex 4: leg curls-15,12
Ex 5: calf raise-16,12
Total Time = 45 minutes
Legs are still a little sore from 4 days ago, but fresh enough to train.
Another solid session between clients.
I like this particular leg routine a lot. I'll discuss some of the specific exercise variations another time, when I have more time and energy to devote to it.
