The 3 Keys for Strength & Muscle Gains

1. Training with intention 

2. Executing quality, intentional training, consistently 

3. Forcing the muscles to adapt to more stress (more reps/more weight) over time (aka, train with progressive overload)


If you do these 3 things, you'll be able to build strength and muscle with any equipment, in any gym, and in many different ways.
