Ex 1: pullups-8,8,6

Ex 2: incline dumbbell bench press-9,6

Ex 3: chest supported lateral raise-15, 10+3 (rest pause on second set)

Ex 4: incline dumbbell curls-13, 6+2 (rest pause on second set)

Ex 5: cable overhead extensions-15,15


Total Time = 26 minutes

Warm up: V-ups, rear delt flyes, clam shells


Ex 1: Bulgarian split squats-2x6/6

Ex 2: B stance RDL-2x15/15

Ex 3: reverse lunges-2x10/10

Ex 4: 2 hand kettlebell swings-2x15

Ex 5: offset calf raise-15/15, 10/10


Total Time = 35 minutes 



I've got a lot of notes and scribbles jotted in my digital notepad, but I haven't had the time or energy recently to edit, clean up, and post them. Don't worry, I'll be sharing many more articles soon. In the meantime, enjoy these training log updates.
