Ex 1: Bulgarian split squats-2x8/8
2 hand kettlebell swings-1x10
Ex 2: leg curls-15,13
2 hand kettlebell swings-1x10
Ex 3: alternating reverse lunges-6/6, 8/8
2 hand kettlebell swings-1x10
Ex 4: offset calf raises-20/20, 12/12
2 hand kettlebell swings-1x10
Total Time = 40 minutes
I'm still feeling a bit under the weather since coming back from my trip. But, nothing is better for the mind and body than lifting weights and getting some sun.

Get outside.
Lift some weights.
Swing some iron.
Bonus points if you do them simultaneously.
