12 Week PPL Program: Benen's Simple PPL

Welcome to Benen's Simple PPL! This is a 12 week program where you'll be building muscle & sculpting your body like you're back in the Silver Era of Bodybuilding!

The preferred pieces of equipment for this program are kettlebells, dumbbells, barbell, machines, or bodyweight. Or, if you have access to all 5, a combination of the 5. This essentially means that specific exercise selection is flexible, but the movements and variations should be similar to those that I suggest. The program includes a PDF ebook going over the program in detail along with different variations based on equipment availability and preferences.

This is the program that I, personally, use most frequently because I enjoy simple body building training. I train at home so I can assure you that this hypertrophy-focused plan works great for home gym and commercial gym trainees, alike.

Benen's Simple PPL alternates between 3 sessions – pull, push, and legs. This program requires that you train at least 3 days per week, but you're very welcome to train more frequently. I train 4-5 days per week alternating between the 3 sessions in succession.

My Simple PPL routine is different than most PPL routines you'll find, because I structure all my sessions to be able to be completed in about 30 minutes. Depending on the equipment you use and how long it takes to get warmed up for each exercise, you'll likely find yourself completing each session within 25-35 minutes.

I'm not a believer in marathon long training sessions unless you're preparing to run a marathon. But this program is focused on building muscle, improving body composition, and, if you're nutrition is set up appropriately, you'll have great success shedding body fat with this program.

Included in this product is:

• Track progress in an app that includes your 12 week program

• the Benen's Simple PPL Ebook

• Simple Nutrition Guide

• 12 week access to the "Benen's Simple PPL" Community, where you can message with me and anyone else who's also currently doing the program

• massive gains with 3-6 ~30 minute sessions per week

• fun & friendships that will last a lifetime

I hope to see you inside the program!
