Upper
Warm up: pallof press-10/10
Ex 1: half kneeling kettlebell military press-2x6-12
Ex 2: pullups-3x5-10 (do second set weighted if able)
Ex 3: incline dumbbell bench press-2x6-12
Ex 4: incline dumbbell curls-2x6-12
Ex 5: cable pushdowns-2x10-15
