Garage Gym Chronicles: 03/08/2025 Training Log. PPL 30, Day 6. Legs
Warm up: single leg glute bridges x 5/5
Ex 1: Bulgarian split squats-7/7, 6/6, 6/6
Ex 2: 1 hand kettlebell swings-15/15, 12/12, 10/10
Ex 3: offset calf raise-12/12, 12/12, 10/10
Total Time = 30 minutes
Great session in the backyard this afternoon after I finished training a couple clients this morning.
Exercise 2 is a posterior chain exercise. I chose to do 1 hand kettlebell swings, but you could do any posterior chain exercise there.
Some of my favorites – along with kettlebell swing variations – include hamstring curl variations, Romanian deadlifts, single leg Romanian deadlifts, and B stance Romanian deadlifts.
Train smart and train frequently, but time efficiently.
