New YouTube Series
What's up, bros and bro-ettes?!
Quick one today.
I've started a new YouTube (Shorts) series.
I'll be sharing quick videos, with voiceovers, documenting my next 365 workouts.
Not the next 365 days.
But my next 365 workouts.
I admit, it's quite the daunting commitment, especially given my recent track record of not video recording any of my workouts, consistently.
Given that I usually train anywhere from 4-6 days per week, this series will take well over a year.
Now, some videos may only be one set of one exercise. But my ideal goal is to share 1 set for each exercise that I do each session. This should keep the videos somewhere in the 30 second to 3 minute range, while also not wasting unnecessary time during my workouts fiddling around with the phone.
I'm doing this to show – visually – my 30 Minute Physique philosophy. High frequency training and time efficient sessions work extremely well. Getting fit, strong, and building an athletic, aesthetic physique needn't be complicated nor time consuming. Keep it simple and repeatable, but work hard and intelligently.
Maybe it's easier said than done.
My hope is by showing you how I train– the exercises I do, the number of sets I do, the way I do specific exercises – you'll have a better understanding of how to actually apply what I constantly preach. Think of it as my show and tell. It also serves, selfishly, as a way to hold myself accountable to building/maintaining a consistent presence on YouTube (something I've been terrible about). This daily minimum posting should drive home the habit of YouTubing – something that should prove beneficial for my business, I should think.
Anyway, you can check out the first 2 videos of the series below:
As always, thanks for reading and thank you for your time.
