Remarkable leg session this morning.
I'm beginning one of my "Lift & Swing" programs. I created these plans to merge my love for kettlebell swings with my love for basic hypertrophy training with kettlebell, dumbbell, and bodyweight "grinds."
It's as simple as this: follow every set of each exercise with 1 set of kettlebell swings (10 reps of kettlebell swings per set).
Here's how today's leg session went:
A1: Bulgarian split squats-2x6/6
A2: 2 hand swings-2x10
B1: leg curls-12,10
B2: 2 hand swings-2x10
C1: offset kettlebell calf raise-2x15/15
C2: 2 hand swings-2x10
D1: alternating reverse lunges-2x5/5
D2: 2 hand swings-2x10
Total time = 40 minutes
