Ex 1: Hindu pushups-12,12,12,12
Ex 2: pushups-15,15,15
Ex 3: close grip pushups-12,12,12
Total Time = 25 minutes
Nice little chest, tricep, shoulder pump.
It's amazing how effective and versatile pushups and it's variations can be.
There is a tiny hotel gym with 1 adjustable bench and dumbbells up to a whopping 30 pounds. I decided I'd be better off with pushups in my room.
Calisthenics for the win.
Time to shower and go check out what I came out to this little place for.Â
