10/07/2024 Training Log: PPL 365 Week 2 Day 2, Push B

Excellent training session this morning in the garage.

Warmup: air squats and club swinging shenanigans

Ex 1: kettlebell see saw presses-3x9

Ex 2: incline dumbbell bench press-2x10

Ex 3: kettlebell upright row-2x12/12

Ex 4: cable pushdowns-20,15,15

Total Time = 33 minutes

What a fantastic session. I credit it to spending extra time swinging the Persian Meel club and my indian clubs before the session.

The dumbbell bench presses are beginning to feel normal again, which is exciting because since my little shoulder injury in May, all bench pressing variations have felt sketchy. I'm glad to be, seemingly, turning the corner in that regard.

Happy Monday.

If you lift today, make it a great one.

If you don't lift today, do 30 air squats, go for a walk, and consider swinging around a club, baseball bat, or sledge hammer for a few minutes in the name of shoulder & back health.

Godspeed, my friends.
