A2: double kettlebell front squat-5,5,5,5
Part 2
B1: spider curls-14,12+2 partial reps, 12
B2: single arm kettlebell front rack reverse lunge-8/8, 10/10, 10/10
B3: offset kettlebell calf raise-15/15, 15/15, 15/15
Total time = 45 minutes
Post workout sauna for 25 minutes.
