Where do You Enjoy Training Most?

I train at home, in my backyard or in my garage, with kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises because it's enjoyable for me.


I spent my first 7 years of lifting cutting my teeth training in commercial gyms.


I've worked in various gyms for the last 9+ years.


Gyms no longer excite me. 


Sitting in a gym doing traditional exercises with chrome, mirrors, and traditional equipment bores me.


This isn't a knock at gyms. 


It's just the answer to why I, currently (for the last 6-7 years), prefer training at home or outside.


Find the environment and style of training that excites you.


That's the one that will give YOU best results for YOU.
