Pull Day
Ex 1: pullups-9,8,5
Ex 2: single arm dumbbell rows-3x8/8
Ex 3: incline dumbbell curls-8,8,5
Ex 4: seated shrugs-3x15
Total Time = 35 minutes
The gym was quiet after lunch time, which paired perfectly with a 45 minute gap in my schedule. It was a nice pull session. I always get a great, feel-good pump on Pull day.
