PPL 365 Block 1, Week 1, Day 2. Pull

Super Duper Pump acquired today.

Ex 1: pullups-9,8,5

Ex 2: single arm rows-9/9, 8/8, 8/8

Ex 3: incline dumbbell curls-6,5; dropped weight 5 lbs – 9

Ex 4: kettlebell snatch-3x10/10

Total time = 35 minutes

There is no better "finisher" to a workout than a few sets of snappy kettlebell snatches, cleans, or swings.

This particular block calls for snatches on my Pull workouts.

Upper back gets worked. Legs and glutes get worked. Lungs get torched.

Sometimes I'll do the snatches at the beginning of the workout or before my biceps curls because there is a little lack of stability in the overhead position when the biceps are fried. But I survived and was happy about it.

Happy Tuesday.
