PPL 365 Block 1, Week 1, Day 3. Push Day
Warmup: frog crunch x 30 reps
Ex 1: single arm kettlebell military press-3x5/5
Ex 2: pushups EMOM (10 minutes, every minute on the minute)-10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,8,8 = 96 reps
Ex 3: cable lateral raise-2x12/12
Ex 4: cable overhead extensions-15,12,8
Total Time = 38 minutes
Another great session.
Military press and pushups outside. Then I came into the garage for the cable isolations.
