Check out my 12 week, "Chalk & Steel" program for just a 1 time payment of $10!
This is a 12 week program where you'll be clapping chalk on your hands and slanging iron!
The preferred pieces of equipment for this program are kettlebells, dumbbells, barbell, or bodyweight. Or, if you have access to all 4, a combination of the 4. The program includes a PDF ebook going over the program in detail along with different variations based on equipment availability and preferences. But this program is a free weight program and is custom tailored for the home gym trainee.
Chalk & Steel alternates between 4 full body sessions. The sessions are split into 2 types: 2 sessions focus on upper body push + hinge + tricep isolation, while the other 2 sessions include upper body pull + squat + bicep isolation.
This allows us to train the entire body, either directly or indirectly, each session while managing fatigue and the clock.Â
What do I mean by managing the clock?
Well, I'm a busy person and I reckon most of you are probably busy, too. Even if your schedule isn't jam-packed with non-lifting festivities, wouldn't you appreciate being able to get better results with less time in the gym than what's typically being promoted?
I'm not a believer in marathon long training sessions unless you're preparing to run a marathon. But this program is focused on building muscle, improving body composition, and, if you're nutrition is set up appropriately, you'll have great success shedding body fat with this program.
At it's heart and soul, "Chalk & Steel" is a program that's designed to be completed in around 30 minutes. Depending on your warmup sets and rest times between sets, all of you should finish each session in anywhere from 20-40 minutes.
