Pull session
Ex 1: weighted pullups-2x5-8
Ex 2: single arm DB row-2x8-12
Ex 3: EZ bar curl-2x6-10
Ex 4: incline DB curl-2x6-10
It took me 30 minutes
For the record, I typically do 1 warmup set per exercise, and I recommend you do so, as well. In fact, do as many warmup sets as you wish.
I prefer 2-3 working sets to keep session length brief, quality high, and training frequency high.
